Altitude Apartment
Located between Waymouth and Grenfell Streets, on the old Balfours site, Altitude is an 18 storey apartment complex managed and built by Brookfield Multiplex.
Harkk manufactured and installed their Rect 86, AWS Series 411 balustrade and window system turning outdoor balconies into indoor sunrooms, giving protection from wind and rain and creating a great space for use all year round.
The Balustrade & Bifold system was installed in 25um Natural Anodised Aluminium with safety glass infills providing a strong, safe, long lasting engineered solution for use in multi-storey applications. The attachment method for this system is welded spigots to structural beams.
