Product Details

In the Harkk EDGE 67 system the glass infill panels span vertically between a slab-fixed channel and the top handrail.  The handrail is supported by the posts.

The Harkk EDGE 67 system uses a teardrop shaped rail and post, both 67mm wide.  The rail has a channel recessed on the underside to support the glass.

The EDGE 67 system provides the thinnest and lightest profile balustrade of the Harkk suite while still meeting all the code requirements for strength and serviceability.

Fixing methods include:

  • core and spigot into concrete
  • a baseplate fixed to the top of the concrete slab
  • a welded spigot to structural steel
  • a baseplate fixed to timber

The EDGE 67 system:

  • can be used as balustrading or handrailing for domestic situations
  • is used at post centres up to 1.5m and glass/rail heights to 1.2m
  • has the glass spanning vertically between the slab and the underside of the handrail
